World Trade Centre Dublin’s Privacy Statement demonstrates our strong commitment to the privacy of users of our website. This policy relates solely to the wtcdublin.com website. In relation to content and privacy of other external websites, the World Trade Centre Dublin does not accept responsibility. If there are external links from the WTCD website, these links are clearly identified as such.

General statement
World Trade Centre Dublin fully respects an individual’s right to privacy and actively seeks to ensure the privacy rights of those who share information with the WTC. Personal information that is provided to the WTC is treated with the utmost security and confidentiality. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003.

Processing of personal and company information
World Trade Centre Dublin does not collect any personal data about you on this website apart from information you volunteer, for example by becoming a member of the WTC or registering for an event. 

The WTC will not process any personal information about you on this website without your permission, save in cases where the WTC is required by law to do so, such as an investigation of a criminal offence by the Gardai.

The information you provide is not divulged to third parties. It is used by the WTC only in accordance with the purpose for which you provided the information and will only be kept on file for as long as required for the purpose. This is normally stated on the webpage where the information is requested and should be self-explanatory. Processing of technical information

We ensure the most appropriate physical and security measures are in place. We train our staff to be aware of these measures and we review them regularly.
